Hello, my name's Melissa and I'm seventeen. I'm a senior in highschool and I'm scared shitless of what the future will bring. I'm bisexual so I hope you can put aside your immaturity and not be an asshole about it. I was broken_glass_x, but I wanted a fresh start in a new journal. hi! i'm daizi leigh and i'm eighteen years old. that feels really weird to say, i'm so used to saying seventeen. anyway i'm excited for the big world to come and eat me up, after august is half way through i'm moving out of the nest and into my very own place, well at least the upper floor. see i'm gonna live with this old woman named florence, but she's bed ridden so she can't get upstairs hence why she's renting, i'm forking over the bills. i have a boyfriend of four months, and i love him so much. my life is bound to be pretty interesting once i'm on my own, i promise. i'm a wine junkie, hand me any type of wine and i'll drink it, it's candy to my lips. i could really use some new friends so i'm tempted to stay on this site :( i really want to get back into journaling again! oh and this is what i look like :D

So, my name's Emily, I'm sixteen years old, and I live in Florida. I'm generally an easy-going and optimistic person. I love helping my friends whenever I can. I'm nicest before you know me, as is just about anyone else I assume, but I always try to be a good person, and I'm not a bitch unless you really piss me off (which it takes a lot to do. If interests are a must-know, I like almost any and all forms of music, but my favorite band is Atreyu. My favorite TV shows are Law & Order: SVU, King of the Hill, The Simpsons, and Degrassi (both new and old, though the old ones are always better). My favorite movies include, but aren't limited to Cry-Baby, Rocky Horror, Charlie Bartlett, and Juno.

Hello, my name is Alicia and I'm 19. I'm primarily a LJ user (temporaryfix), but I'm always up for more journaling sites. Haven't updated as of right now, since I literally just created this thing, haha. But anyways...

I'm originally from Germany, but I've been living right outside of DC for 7 years now. Yes, I'm bilingual and hopefully taking on Italian soon.

I work at Rite Aid (which is way more interesting that I would have ever though) and take classes at community college when I have the money. Not really sure what I want to do yet, but I'm very interested in humanities, politics, and art history.

It's been a while since I've done with these...I'm very rusty with introductions.

Well, my name is Mercedes, I'm 19, and I live in Florida. I go to college full-time (except during summer, so far), and I have a "full-time" (FT in my company = 32 hours, not 40) job as a security officer. I'm majoring in Humanities, and I like pretty much anything that falls under that category...I enjoy reading and writing, as well as learning languages and about other cultures.

I listen to some music, though I tend to like individual songs more than genres, albums, bands, &c. Lately I've been listening to metal and rock, though my eternal love is probably classical music, especially Beethoven.

I don't watch much TV, but I love Metalocalypse. As for movies, I like Amadeus, Disney's Alice in Wonderland, The Phantom of the Opera, V for Vendetta, the Batman movies...fairly general.

- 23 years old
- Just recently accepted into East China Normal University for graduate school (hence the Chinese flag) and also recently graduated from university in the States.
- Am pursuing my Ph.D in Chinese literature and linguistics
- Japcasian (Japanese + Caucasian, lolz) though sadly my Chinese is better than my Japanese at the moment
- Currently living in my homestate of Michigan until August, where I will move (back) to Shanghai
- A language-learning addict (I'm currently also learning Hebrew and American Sign Language)
- I love reading, especially fantasy novels. Jacqueline Carey's Kushiel's Legacy, Anne Bishop's The Black Jewels Trilogy and of course, Harry Potter are my top favourites. I also rather liked the Twilight series. I own more books than I own clothes, and I love shopping so... what does that tell you? ;D

uh my name's bijou. I kinda wanna be an internet kikithepirate, you know? killmedead is not in an emo sense, I was being told about some idiotic people I was hearing about while I was creating an account and I went "somebody effing kill me, kill me dead." and then that was how my name started! let's see, I'm 15, I turn sixteen on September 5th, I like Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Sweeney Todd, Pushing Daisies, and other stuff. In terms of music I love the 80s and the 90s, period. Not into my current era, gotta say it kinda sucks. nothing is sincere and real anymore. oh. i hate miley cyrus. I just hate her. I hate disney in general. please don't friend me if you're a fan, it kinda makes me sick. if you're more than thirteen and you like her...or the jonas brothers you have a problem. (old disney is the shit though, and their movies are still pretty good, unless happy feet isn't disney, then they still...suck.)

my name is kita and i've been through a lot. i'm seventeen years old, love my life, and i'm just now figuring out who i am. i used to act like i was so sure of who i was, almost like i was confident, but the truth is it took losing my mother and grandfather within six months of each other for me to really open my eyes and see what life is all about. i finally started doing things that i wanted to, not just because my friends thought it was cool. i stopped listening to music that i had once found enjoyable, which led me to discover the band that helped me through the hardest times of my life. i won't say that avenged sevenfold saved my life, but i will say that because of their lyrics i am a better person. sometimes i wonder how different my life would be if i hadn't started listening to them, and i figure that i wouldn't be who i am today.

i like to read. there's no way i could say all my favorite authors, because you'd be here all day trying to get to the end of a never-ending list. any kind of book will make me content, and i can read for hours upon hours at a time. my record is reading a nine hundred page book in seven hours. yeah, i don't even know how i accomplished that. there's a lot more about me, but this entry is already pretty long and i bet you're tired of reading, so i'll just say it like i mean it.

if you add me, i'm not going to guarantee that i'm going to comment on all of your entries, because i haven't been good at that in the past, but i will make sure to comment as much as i possibly can. if you add me, i'm not going to sugarcoat this: i curse a lot, i do complain, and my life is full of drama, but i'll make sure that my posts are worth your time because i wouldn't want you to waste a few minutes on something that wouldn't interest you at all. if you add me, i promise that i will be the best friend i can be. i do not judge, i do not discriminate, and i do not take anything for granted. add me and you won't regret it. <3

Hm, well what can I say?
I'm Yuna (or Yunie if you wish) 19 years old from england. I'm shy and introverted in person but more outgoing online. I'm 1/4 japanese and learning (slowly but surely) to speak the language. I work as a designer and quality control manager for a small company. I have a weird fascination to anything occult or supernatural. No I'm not "goth".
