I figured since I am an unemployed jackass that the least I could do was offer to make icons for people for the holiday season ♥ I suck at general icons, my specialty being WoW-related icons. Unfortunately, my model viewer is broken or else I'd be making them here. Any ways, I figure if I start taking the requests now I should be done come Christmas XD! Any ways, onto the fun stuff:

I know I am a bit busy with Wrath of the Lich King right now, but I am hoping to have the excitement die down sometime soon. I’m at the uni library - and will have to stay for another hour yet - and I seriously don’t want to read or write pr0n when logged on the computer terminal with my own student account... I so need my weekly fanfic fix, but I know I will have to work tomorrow and the weekend will be filled with essay writing (and I seriously need to work on my thesis - I’m waaaay behind...)

It’s not as if I’m only reading or writing pr0n, but reading Tenzsaku is just as bad even if it’s just PG-rated, isn’t it? Still, Buffy was a major series and it did depict the romantic relationship between a teenage girl and an immortal three hundred-something year old - fifteen versus twenty-seven isn’t that big an age gap when the most serious offence is a peck on the cheek - I had girlfriends when I was at upper secondary school (about fourteen or fifteen) who had twenty-something year old boyfriends (I always considered those blokes suckers though, who could only pick up underage girls...), but still...

And let’s take a moment to consider Nabokov’s Lolita! Or, maybe we shouldn’t do that...

Oh my, oh my... The only keyboard configurations installed on the university computers are Swedish and US English – fail times a million. I had to go around that by finding an online romaji to kanji and hiragana converter, which is just wrong and it won’t help me with the fact my brain is wired to the UK English keyboard layout (I hate to have to look down at my fingers when I write), but at least it’s something.

Yes the inconveniences one encounter in MDC:s are mind-boggling ^^;;

Tomorrow I’ll e-mail my teacher and go to the library – without my laptop and just get it done - or mostly done.

Good thing is I now know I don’t have time for NaNo and can just ignore it. 5216 words is enough more than enough for me to fail with. Go me ^^;;
