Yes, a fucking cape. My family has been getting The Pyramid Collection catalogue for years now and I've always wanted one of these damn things. So, in light of this, I'm going to buy one. I'll probably only wear it for Guild, but IDC. I've wanted one for years now, and since this is Christmas money, I think that's a fairly good enough reason to buy one. THE QUESTION IS Green and Purple? OR Red and Black? Keep in mind that I'm not too worried about delievery time. I know they're out of stock in the purple and green, but if I order now they'd ship to me by January 26th. This really isn't a factor, so fire away at which one you like better. There's also a purple and red cape, but I'm not really too fond of that. I also want one with a lining (reversible or non) so the plain black one on the site is out too. HALP ME OUT U GUISE. Serious real life and internets business! [19 Dec 2008|11:52am] shinimegami [ mood | apathetic ] [ music | none ] Okay, so, last night, I got onto Facebook to wish Scott a happy birthday. And, yea, I know what you're thinking: With all the issues I've had with him lately, why the fuck would I want to do that? I don't hate Scott. I hate the way he treats me sometimes, and I really hate the way he treats the new administration and sometimes tries to work against them and me because we're not doing what he's suggested, but I don't hate him. I really wonder if he even realizes how backhanded a lot of his compliments sound, because a lot of the time I'm not even sure if he knows how the things coming out of his mouth sound. And besides, he's the first person from Guild when I started, besides my fiance, to treat me like a human instead of a "new pair of boobs" as a certain cretin who was there when I started and still deserves several shots to the nuts from me happened to put it. And yea, I bag on him a lot for not having a job. But really, even I have a fucking job right now. It's not much of one, but I have one and while I may not be able to pay for huge items or take care of really expensive needs, I can take care of a lot of the things I need and want. I'm 23. I have a $400 tuition bill due by mid January that isn't going to take care of itself. Scott still lives in an apartment paid for by his parents at 31 and he just graduated. You can see why I would be irked by the unfairness of that. It doesn't help when he assumes that I can go and do things when I literally have no money for it. That and if he had a job, he wouldn't have time to angst over Guild when everything is FINE. So anyway, I go to Facebook to wish him happy birthday and I find out that he's removed me from his friends list. I wouldn't be too worried about this and ask for a readd if Scott didn't strike me as the type of person who might cut off all ties with you if you removed him from your Top 8 on Myspace. I guess I should take this as a declaration of the end of our friendship? IDK. I'm not completely sorry for all the things I said, at least not on here. Yea, I said some of them out of anger, but when I made those posts, guess what, I was angry. In any case, if he wants to come back around and try being friends with me again, then I'm okay with that. I'm so sick and tired of getting phone calls from you asking us if we've done the most obvious of things, as though we had not already thought of them ourselves. Cameron and I knew that there would be people who aren't registered at OrgSync so they probably would not get the email telling them that we had to move to a different building for the rest of the winter break because the school was having work done on the floor we did have. We KNEW we had to go and reserve different rooms for the rest of the winter break. We KNEW we had to gather most of the groups so we could tell them what's happening and assign new rooms. We KNEW we needed to put signs up to catch stray groups and stay organized, and we did ALL OF IT LONG BEFORE YOUR STUPID ASS CALLED US TO TELL US WE NEEDED TO DO IT. And no, it's not your job. You haven't had a real position in our club administration since 2007. A life, child. Get one. And so you know, it was INCREDIBLY INSULTING for you to come up to my fiance and go "Well, that went a lot more smoothly than I expected." and then prattle on about how you didn't expect us to have rooms reserved and about how you didn't expect us to have any of our shit together. I know you were trying to put your little stamp of approval on the matter, but guess what, fuckstick: no one fucking cares enough to want it. Here's a hint: if you want to be helpful, keep your nose out of administrative business, and only offer help when it either looks like we need it or if you have an idea that is NEW and might benefit the club. Anything else is no longer any of your goddamn business. What pisses me off here is that you have the best of intentions, but you don't believe anyone can keep this fucking club going but you. Black Friday, tramplings, car issues, Chibi/SD Iron Man and more! [28 Nov 2008|08:21pm] shinimegami [ mood | hot ] [ music | none ] Okay, so we all know people act like goddamn animals on Black Friday, and I'm sure 90% of you know how some clerk in a Wal Mart got trampled to death by the early morning stampede. If you're in the 10% that doesn't know, look it up for yourself. D: I'm not your own personal Google, betch. No, in all seriousness, I work in retail, but I'd rather put this stupid ass day behind me. One day a year I have a constant reminder of why I should throw out any hope for humanity and right now I'd rather forget it. In other news, my car sucks. We were driving back from the comic book store when Cameron and I heard a sound that was something like a gunshot. We thought one of my tires had popped, but all 4 of them are pretty much in tact. No idea what happened. It sounded like it came from my car so I have no idea what's going on. :| In any case, I need to get my friggin' oil changed at the very LEAST. I'll probably get on that tomorrow. casserole, I've started to gather things for your Christmas present. :D I'm going to look for a few more things and then I've got to find a way to pack it all up. :X I kind of had a little help from the Asian trinket store when I bought those gifts for Kitten. Also, Oreo Cakesters, Y/N? I bought some and I thought I'd leave a package of original and a package of chocolate creme in there too. However, IDK whether you like anything like that or not. Also, I found a Chibi/SD Iron Man at Bookery today. :D I apologize for my face, but this was the easiest way to show you guys. D: I look haggard thank to the temperature in here. Apparently they're doing construction on the 3rd floor of our building where my club meets, so it seems that the heat around here is more broken than usual. The doors were locked when we came up, so Cameron went and got the keys. I would really like to move to another building on campus, even if just for tonight, but since he doesn't feel like getting another key for the rooms in the building that I suggested we move to, I told him not to bother. However, I hope he doesn't expect me to stay on task during our meeting, because I'm feeling way to fuzzy due to the heat to be able to focus. Basically it's warm enough in here that all I want to do is lie down and fall asleep. Especially since I'm coming off of having to work a shift that required me to get up at 4:00 in the morning, and I pretty much haven't really slept since. :| It's too hot in here to think, so I'm going to go.
