DORR PICTURES.
I have learned the hard way (again, why do I even bother?) that slow shutter speed + natural lighting > my pitiful attempts at studio lighting.
They start off kind of suck, and end up pretty awesome. You can pretty much tell when I switched to natural light. The more I learn to photograph Ha Neul, the more I like him. He really needs some eyes that aren't black holes though. Srsly, they're creepin' me out.

We never actually got to Mirror's Edge, and instead played through Gackts Gears of War. I have this serious phantom left analog sick problem with XBox controllers. I spent a good few minutes trying to grab it and wondering where the fuck it was. Damn you, Sony.
In other news, doll shopping is hard. I keep finding a billion things I would love, but I have to limit myself. I found one of the Black Dahlia sets on DoA and am totally going for it instead of wigs. Screw wigs. I have a bunch already, and something this fantabulous only comes around once in a while.

Sooooo, I saw Repo with Kyle and Diana in the TINIEST THEATER EVER I think the TV at Kyles' is almost as big as the screen.. It was kind of awesome. I enjoyed it much more than I expected I would, even though some of the vocals and most of the lyrics were terrible. When Nathan first showed up, I was like "HOLY SHIT, GILES!!!OEN!", which made me remember my huge boner crush on Giles. Anthony Stuart Head has a BEAUTIFUL voice, and he was the best vocalist in my opinion. Also Sarah Brightman omgsdkhgskg. Graverobber also had a great voice for the most part. Everyone else was kind of meh in terms of vocals. I also wanted more gore (the spine scene was great though!) but it was overall a great deal of fun.
We played mini-golf too.

Been playing around with the layout on dreadnought. I'm having issues getting the tags and currents to stay consistent.
Like, say I have everything set up for tags, current music, current mood and current location. I post an entry that only features the tags and current music. There will either be either a large gap where the other currents should be, or the tags and current music list will end up on top of each other depending on how I had things aligned. You can see it on dreadnought's current layout, because I'm too lazy to bother fixing it right now.
If anyone knows how to fix this short of setting the currents that I never use anyway (mood and location) to not display, I'd greatly appreciate it if you would pass on the knowledge of how to do it. My anal retentivity demands to have everything functioning properly.
I'd love to start designing layouts, but I need to learn how to hand CSS it's ass on a silver platter before I can really do that.
So I guess I'll just make something for ![[info]](http://www.scribbld.net/img/community.gif) 10variations because I am incredibly bored, am putting off finishing an art commission and I missed entering in animechorus and haven't really done anything fabulous in terms of iconing lately. /run on sentence.
Holy shit, this entry was plug city. My right ear is also stuffed up and I can't hear very well out of it, and it is making things awkward. Quit that, please.
I still want more tags on Scribbld. 100 is not enough for my tagfagging tendencies.

I have a cold and feel miserable. >:|
I signed up to test some mystery videogame for 5 hours for 80 dolla + free pizza. They wanted people with PS3s or 360s that play action games and uh... I kind of qualify for that. I just worry that they'll turn me down because I don't own many PS3 games, and on their list of like 10 or so games, I only owned one of them (MGS4). Most of the action games I have played are on the PS2, because holy fucking shit are current gen games expensive.
They were also doing a test for the Wii, but the information totally puzzled me because all of the games that they wanted to know if you'd played were not for the Wii. Like, did not even have games that are distantly related cousins on the Wii. What.

So this morning I woke up and was puzzled to find that part of the perimeter of the bath mat by my toilet was wet. I found this curious, but just brushed it off as having come from the shower, since I thought that my mother had cleaned something in my bath tub.
Later on I found that it was even more wet, which was seriously gross.
Checked back again about a half an hour ago, and everything that was on my bathroom floor was wet. So I had to get down on the [very wet] floor and turn off the valve to my toilet.
EW. Just... Ew. Especially because I wasn't smart enough to remove the wet bath mat, so it went all gooshy on me.
I know it's technically "clean" water, but goddamn was that disgusting.
I am so glad I just took a shower.
In other news, Order of Ecclesia is awesome.

I love love love handheld Castlevanias. I hope it's as awesome as Andy has made it out to be!
I almost picked up Rondo of Blood too, since Gamestop had it used. But honestly, I'd rather buy it online instead of giving Gamestop money for a used game. I should also save my money so I can afford to go on little sprees like this.
Also, DEAD SPACE FUUUCK YEAH. I totally want to play that game. When I get it, people are going to have to come over and play it with me so I don't feel like such a tard freaking out while playing it alone.

Like, from my overall tags list? Scribbld is a dick and only lets me have 100, and I want to delete some of my useless tags.
Edit: Just as I thought I had escaped Kinokuniya without passing any stereotypical otaku, I wound up running into a pair in Japan Video. They were buying ~*MOE*~ (and by moe, I mean their fap material) figurines and pestering the clerk about them.

I watched Earl and Fairy (Hakushaku to Yousei) last night because I was really fucking bored and I was putting off watching anything that I actually want to be seeing.
It started off kind of awesome (Torture chambers, harpsichord music, etc) and went downhill incredibly fast into some generic shoujo bullshit.
Except it's so bad that I kind of love it. I'm really on the fence about watching more of it. I mean, there is a talking cat that drinks scotch and eats chicken wings, and the leading male sparkles when he fucking punches people. There is also this fabulous, magical sound (think of when something is unveiled on a game show) whenever he appears.
