BAYFORD
bayford is located on the west side of coral ridge. it is mostly made up of apartment buildings and trailer parks, it's generally a lower class area. bayford has several diners, restaurants, and family owned shops in it's side of town. bayford is also home to bayford elementary and bayford high school. most of bayford's residents live in either oak landing apartments or spruce lake mobile home park. bayford is also home to bayford community college.
PARKRIDGE
parkridge is located on the north side of town and it is mostly made up of apartment buildings, smaller homes, and a couple of trailer parks. parkridge is the middle class side of town and it is home to parkridge high school and parkridge academy. parkridge academy is an alternative school where students who are 'at risk' and close to ending up in juvenile hall. many of the students at parkridge academy go on to graduate from parkridge high school, but some of them either flunk out or end up going to juvenile hall. parkridge is a generally safe area, it has a few nice boutique stores, and a few family owned restaurants as well as a target and cvs.
BEACHVIEW
beachview is another middle class area. it's the area with the most hotels and it's on the south side of coral ridge. beachview is also the oceanfront area, it's mostly vacation homes, and newer homes that people from out of town are building. beachview is mostly made up of college students, yuppies, and older folks who are planning on retiring in coral ridge. beachview is home to beachview college, a private liberal arts univeristy.
SUNSET HILLS
sunset hills is the upper class part of town between beachview and parkridge. it's the only side of town without schools, colleges, or trailer parks. it is home to high rise apartment buildings and larger, gated homes. on this side of town there are several boutique shops, a walmart, a starbucks, p.f. changs, and sunset hills mall.
NOTE: you will not be allowed to have your characters living in this side of town. it defeats the purpose of the game and our game is based around those who are living in either bayford, parkridge, or beachview. characters may have businesses here but they're not allowed to live in this area because characters are not allowed to be rich or upper-class.
