Okay, so I am going to a conference called MACURH (the Midwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls), and I have to present a program since I've been to a conference before. They didn't tell this to me until Friday, and I have to decide what I'm doing and have something written up for the program guide by Thursday. I have an idea, but I might need some help.
I want to make one of those personality inventory things, based on the one called true colors, but instead of being colors it's Harry Potter houses. There are a few things that I need ideas for (or maybe even help generating).
1) 5 sets of 3 words for each house; so an example I have is that row one had the following words: a) active, opportunistic, spontaneous; b) parental, traditional, responsible; c) authentic, harmonious, compassionate; d) versatile, inventive, competent. The reader picks the group of words most like them and gives it a 4, and then the next most like them a 3 and so on for each of the 5 sets of groups of words.
2) A quick description of what type of person is in each house (I can probably manage this one, but suggestions are good), as well as some I statements (ex: I value freedom and excitement. I think that being skillful is more important than structure, logic, and feelings, etc etc etc)
3) how that person may act at work, in love, and in childhood.
I know that you guys probably have no interest in this, but the help would be amazing if you get a few minutes. I don't know if my body can handle the stress of this on top of hall council, band, work, and school.
