Post submissions here!
1. Graphics should be no larger than 600x400 and should be in either .gif, .jpeg or .png format.
2. Do not submit honors regarding children under 13.
3. Do not submit honors with private information, such as full name including last name, address, telephone number, pictures or screen name, UNLESS they are publicly accessible (userinfo, myspace, etc.) at the time of submission.
4. Save the honoring for the submission posts. The concept of this community becomes pointless when everyone reveals who submitted the honors.
5. DO NOT SUBMIT HONORS ABOUT YOURSELF. Nobody would know (some of us could probably guess), but you'd feel pretty lousy if you needed to make yourself an honor to boost your self-esteem. If we find out you've made an honor for yourself, or if it looks like it was made for yourself, we will delete it immediately.
6. Do not submit honors that contain nudity of a minor, nudity of minors can be considered Child Pornography. In this case, a minor is anyone under 18.
7. ALL IMAGES MUST BE UPLOADED TO EITHER TINYPIC.COM OR IMAGESHACK.US
8. Also, we really only need the URL of the image you're using for your honors. There's no need to post the image itself too in your comment.
9. When nominating someone for the lj-cut of the week, please include the nominee's username and a quote/phrase/song lyric/whatever to be used as the lj-cut text. All we ask is that you keep the phrase clean. (i.e., no curse words, etc.)

As a trial feature, we're going to now allow video honors. If this is a success us mods will permanently include it here at ![[info]](http://www.scribbld.net/img/community.gif) honorcup. We feel this is a fun and creative alternative to create a honor besides using a program like Photoshop.
Here are some things to keep in mind when submitting a video honor:
1. When submitting a video honor please just post a comment saying who the video honor is dedicated to and a link to the video. DO NOT submit the embedded coding because it won't show up in your comment.
For example: "This video is dedicated to [insert person's name here]: [insert link to the video here]".
2. Yes, you are allowed to submit a music video as your video honor.
3. All video honors cannot contain any foul language and/or images.
4. This probably goes without saying, but we're not responsible if YouTube (or any other similar websites) deletes your video honor before, during, or after we post it. If you can, please give a new link to one of the mods. We will try our best to re-add it to the honor post A.S.A.P.
THESE RULES MIGHT BE EDITED AT ANY TIME DURING THIS TRIAL, SO PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE OFTEN!

2. Choose an abc &/or mask.
3. Wait for a spooky special icon!
In case you don't understand:
A, B, C, D, & E are like the usual hearts & stars I put on icons.
F is to turn you green like a wicked witch or the Hulk.
In the big box: top row left to right - hockey mask, pirate hat & eye patch, ladybug mask, cat mask.
bottom row left to right - broom, vampire lips, bumblebee mask, devil "horny" mask, halloween witch hat.
the last two is a werewolf & a mummy mask.

This time is a little different. There are more options this time:
1. Pick a design (A, B, C, D).
2. Pick up to 2 colors.
- If you pick one color, the other color will either be white or black.
- You can choose solids or gradient. If you pick 2 solids, you will get a color for the background & for the part that's black/gray in the above pictures. If you pick a gradient, then the two colors you picked will both be in the background or the foreground.
- It's best to tell me the exact 6 digit number of color you want. You can look here for any color you like & tell me the exact number. If you can't choose, just tell me light blue or pastel blue. Try not to just say "blue".
- Tell me which one the solid or gradient goes on. Say "white/background: #666666 | black/design/foreground: #ff0000" as an example, of course.
3. Pick a picture of yourself.
4. Wait!
