	its funny -- lately i had been finding myself either on a better way of keeping myself happier, or falling into that deep dark depression. it hasnt been fun on either spectra and i just sometimes wonder what else it'll have to take before i can get myself to stay on the one spectra in the positive. Ah, you're an extremist.

What I would do, personally, is try to find out what's causing you to fall into that depression again and again... and solve that problem. Not everyone can be such a... go getter, though, so... If you ever need to vent, or anything, don't hesistate to IM or email me. I'm always willing to listen to my friends' worries and little hapinesses no matter what.

As for the positive comment, it's a difficult thing to uphold... Sometimes you have to force yourself. But you can do it as long you want to, which it sounds like to me that you do! So I think you're all set, just go for it. It can be scary to change something about yourself or tackle your problems, but it's always worth it in the long haul.

Just go for it, toots. You can do it! And if you need someone to listen, my inbox is always open. :D~
