The name is YUI. Also goes by a handful of other nicknames that are used by select individuals. Nineteen years young female, lives in Virginia. Can be described as laid-back, apathetic, emotional, loyal, hypocritical. An ISTP and very much a B-type personality. Enjoys music, loves reading and writing, draws occasionally, and likes playing video games. Loves to learn - no joke - and soaks up new information like a sponge. I don't know about you all, but these months are FLYING by, it's ridiculous! I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving, and for those of you that don't celebrate it, I hope you had a lovely November!

Not to much happened on the developement side of Scribbld this month, but our systems administrator/developer ([info]morgan) is feeling a whole lot better. She would like to thank everyone who sent her well wishes! It's much appreciated!!

That said, we're going to attempt to work on a few new features mentioned in [info]scribbldsuggest. Not sure which one's we'll be tackling right away, but we'll figure something out!

We're also in the process of hooking up with a decent ad network, which we like and hope you will too, we definitely WILL NOT be putting ads on journals, but we'll keep them on the main site instead.

Also, calling ALL web designers and developers, we're looking for more site schemes! We're giving away paid and maybe even permanent accounts for site designs! So if you like doing that sort of thing, show us your stuff!! It must be in code (no PSDs) and should be unique! Feel free to send either [info]jimmy or [info]morgan and PM on the site with your stuff or any questions you might have :)

Post submissions here!

1. Graphics should be no larger than 600x400 and should be in either .gif, .jpeg or .png format.

2. Do not submit honors regarding children under 13.

3. Do not submit honors with private information, such as full name including last name, address, telephone number, pictures or screen name, UNLESS they are publicly accessible (userinfo, myspace, etc.) at the time of submission.

4. Save the honoring for the submission posts. The concept of this community becomes pointless when everyone reveals who submitted the honors.

5. DO NOT SUBMIT HONORS ABOUT YOURSELF. Nobody would know (some of us could probably guess), but you'd feel pretty lousy if you needed to make yourself an honor to boost your self-esteem. If we find out you've made an honor for yourself, or if it looks like it was made for yourself, we will delete it immediately.

6. Do not submit honors that contain nudity of a minor, nudity of minors can be considered Child Pornography. In this case, a minor is anyone under 18.

7. ALL IMAGES MUST BE UPLOADED TO EITHER TINYPIC.COM OR IMAGESHACK.US

8. Also, we really only need the URL of the image you're using for your honors. There's no need to post the image itself too in your comment.

9. When nominating someone for the lj-cut of the week, please include the nominee's username and a quote/phrase/song lyric/whatever to be used as the lj-cut text. All we ask is that you keep the phrase clean. (i.e., no curse words, etc.)
