What do you think? St.Patrick's Day: (March 17th) Okay so not all of you are Irish and I thiiiink Matt is the only one actually in the roleplay with any Irish in there. I'm just assuming because of the hair. ANYWAY, the day iiiis known for a bunch of people getting drunk and I know we all like an occasional drunk scenario. So if you want to celebrate it with some sort of flipping amazing house-party or you got any other ideas for it comment with a YESPLZ to this holiday. I'm also thinking about those little irish shorties with the pot of gold. Ideas, ideas? We could even skip this holiday all together and save the drunk-awesomeness for Cinco De Mayo. First Day Of Spring: (March 20th) I don't think this exactly calls for an event but it's probably safe to say that once this day hits... you probably shouldn't be making your characters complain about cold weather anymore. Get your snow posts in before here, yes yes? April Fools Day: (April 1st) CLEARLY WE NEED SOME EVENT FOR THIS. It is only the bestest day ever. What I've been thinking is we have some topsy turvey situations going on. We could make a list of awesome things that could happen to a character, put 'em in a hat, and then see what is happening to who. (READ: One person could suffer a genderswitch while two others have a body-switch, and one person is now turned into a cat. CHAOS! And everybody wins!) JUST A SUGGESTION THOUGH. [09 Mar 2010|12:54pm] kogarasumaru So I've been sick. Mostly cleared up, but my ears seem to be getting worse. It's really weirding me out and if it isn't cleared up by Friday, I'm going to ask if I can go see a doctor. In other news, I'm gonna go see Alice in Wonderland with my Grandma Dianne tomorrow. :D I'm looking forward to it. And yes, I would prefer to go with my grandma 'cause she's pretty damned cool about movies and not as annoying as some friends or my brother who talk through the whole damned thing. Seriously, if you're at a movie theater, shut the fuck up and watch the goddamned movie. And if we're in the movie theater, then NO I haven't seen it before and I can't TELL you what's going on if I don't know yet either, Jacob. Stupid brother. In other words, my grandma is actually preferable company and not just because she pays for everything. Welcome to the first week of all_icontest! Since we're all essentially graphic designers of some kind here, I figure the perfect thing to start with would be problem-solving. One definition of graphic designers after all is "a creative problem-solver." So the first theme is going to be... WEEK ONE: BIZARRE BASES and COMPLEMENTS Theme 1: Bizarre bases. Make an icon using an out of the ordinary base. If you do a person, do a weird angle instead of the face or if you do a face, do a part of the face that isn't usually cropped for icons. Text is optional and the only requirement is that the base is out-of-the-ordinary and the icon follows Scribbld requirements for upload. Theme 2: Complementary colors. Make an icon using complementary colors (colors opposite eachother on the color wheel. Orange/Blue, Yellow/Purple, Red/Green, and all the complements in between). Entries due by: Sat. [05 Mar 2010|10:05pm] outofcontext Alright so Vi and I were poking around onemanga looking for something to read and well I don't know maybe it was homo sense tingling but anything that has 'Fairy' in the title has to be "fabulous" amirite? So we both (or at least I think we both have she could be lying to me) started reading Fairy Tail, which apparently isn't about gay men. Well not cannonly I don't think but you know those fangirls. Also I guess it's shounen so not girly. Anyway I'm thinking of picking up a character from there. Maybe Natsu.
