So I made a chiro appt for today and went, and fell asleep with the hot packs, as usual, lol, and then he did his normal popping for me, taking care with my right shoulder.

Getting ready to leave when the right side of my neck spasms like a motherfucker.

He hauls me back in, pops my neck again, rubs icy hot stuff on it, massages it down, and then the other side decided IT wanted to be all spasmy, too.

The good news is is all went away in five minutes. But that was freaky!

I've feel like I've been tossed hither and yon today. Swimming lessons, work, chiro, home to grab kids, downtown to grab Roy (whoo!), I-5 south in rush hour traffic to Fry's to see a fridge on clearance. It's too deep, unfortunately; would partially block the doorway to the laundry room. They didn't have Vegas Platinum ProPack, either, bastards. *G*

I did my home PT (I forgot yesterday) and have worked as hard as I could on my spreadsheet for work - still 55 names to go. But that neck thing gave me a headache. I'm going to bed.
