So, went to Whole Paycheck yesterday and as I tend to do, I got something to try that I'd never tried before.

I've heard other people talk about Greek yogurt, but had never tried it myself.

Picked up a very expensive, 250 calorie, 14 grams of fat 6 oz tub of honey flavored.

Am eating it now. Slowly. With great savoring.

Did my PT this morning. I'll need more sessions - I backtracked a bit yesterday when I tried to hand my cell phone to my kids in the back seat. I didn't reach around beside me, that would hurt! No, instead I reached over my head.

MISTAKE. MISTAKE. MISTAKE.

I was achy and sore the rest of the evening. I did to my home exercises while watching Swingtown, but had to use an icepack after that. I kept waking up all night to change position and my shoulder hurts!

So I go to PT and I have yet another person (Jennifer this time; I've had Clay, Sandy, Clay, Laurie, and now Jennifer, with one more appt. scheduled to go) and she did the ultrasound after having me warm up a bit with different equipment, then did the weights and off I went - she's going to drop a note to my doctor stating I need more sessions so he can write the prescription for it. For today, I'm to take it easy, do my resistance band in the morning, and tomorrow we're going to the lake. No jetski thingy for me, I'll just enjoy sitting by the water.

Last night it rained. It's gorgeous outside now, but last night the scent of the rain through the open window was heavenly every time i woke up, and I could hear cars driving by in the wet.

of course, there is laundry on the line...*sigh*
