Okay, so we all know people act like goddamn animals on Black Friday, and I'm sure 90% of you know how some clerk in a Wal Mart got trampled to death by the early morning stampede. If you're in the 10% that doesn't know, look it up for yourself. D: I'm not your own personal Google, betch.

No, in all seriousness, I work in retail, but I'd rather put this stupid ass day behind me. One day a year I have a constant reminder of why I should throw out any hope for humanity and right now I'd rather forget it.

In other news, my car sucks. We were driving back from the comic book store when Cameron and I heard a sound that was something like a gunshot. We thought one of my tires had popped, but all 4 of them are pretty much in tact. No idea what happened. It sounded like it came from my car so I have no idea what's going on. :| In any case, I need to get my friggin' oil changed at the very LEAST. I'll probably get on that tomorrow.

casserole, I've started to gather things for your Christmas present. :D I'm going to look for a few more things and then I've got to find a way to pack it all up. :X I kind of had a little help from the Asian trinket store when I bought those gifts for Kitten. Also, Oreo Cakesters, Y/N? I bought some and I thought I'd leave a package of original and a package of chocolate creme in there too. However, IDK whether you like anything like that or not.

Also, I found a Chibi/SD Iron Man at Bookery today. :D I apologize for my face, but this was the easiest way to show you guys. D: I look haggard thank to the temperature in here.

Apparently they're doing construction on the 3rd floor of our building where my club meets, so it seems that the heat around here is more broken than usual. The doors were locked when we came up, so Cameron went and got the keys. I would really like to move to another building on campus, even if just for tonight, but since he doesn't feel like getting another key for the rooms in the building that I suggested we move to, I told him not to bother. However, I hope he doesn't expect me to stay on task during our meeting, because I'm feeling way to fuzzy due to the heat to be able to focus. Basically it's warm enough in here that all I want to do is lie down and fall asleep. Especially since I'm coming off of having to work a shift that required me to get up at 4:00 in the morning, and I pretty much haven't really slept since. :|

It's too hot in here to think, so I'm going to go. D:

Okay, before you guys...kill my legs for being another person adding to the dramafest that it probably now most of your friends list, hear me out.

I have a theory why we're all so secretive between each other when we piss each other off/make each other upset/etc, etc.

Could it possibly be because when anyone in this group is truthful with anyone else there's a major dramafest?

I'm thinking that might be partly responsible. Just maybe.

I mean, look at how the whole chat-that-shall-not-be-named fiasco wound up. Someone said something that irked other people in the chat and everyone went into their own separate butthurt corners, no one can use that chat name again and the community we made along with the chatroom for fun got deleted. And lets face it, our chatrooms have never been as good as they were before all the butthurt. Now, thanks to that we're all trying to avoid that as much as possible for the sake of everyone (well, almost everyone) staying together and actually having a drama-free time. Natural response, right? Can't say I entirely fault everyone for it.

Not saying that it wouldn't be nice if it stopped, but I get it. I certainly won't say I haven't held back my opinion more than once on the off-chance that I might lose a friend who wouldn't take my comments or opinions in stride.

I'm not going to sit here and preach about how we all apparently need thicker skins or some mess like that. Not my place. I just thought I'd point out a possible obvious reason for all the cryptic posts, multiple posts in letter communities, and people not being genuine with one another.

Thought that maybe that would shed some light on the subject. Either that or I'm just tired and rambling.

Okay, the election is over. I did address those on the other side earlier, but it was the extreme cases of whining on the other side with the cries of moving to another country, and ridiculous claims of socialism that annoyed me. Instead of losing other friends by addressing one certain person who sparked my last post, I decided to take my grievances with that kind of train of thought here. Honestly, I'm glad for those supporting the Republican party who have had the grace to managed to give the president-elect the benefit of the doubt, but I digress.

Really the message I wanted to convey in this post to everyone else is:

Stop whining.

Everyone.

This includes everyone going "OMG I'M SO TIRED OF SEEING THIS ON MY FL!!!!"

Especially those people.

You act as though this will last forever, when the reality is this excitement, debate, and "OMG I'M MOVING TO *insert country here*" shit probably won't even make it to January.

And even if it stops on your FL or you take a hiatus, you're not going to be able to escape it in the real world.

Coping. It's a skill everyone needs to learn.
