Recently a user asked about how to embed videos (YouTube, Photbucket, Google, etc...) into journal entries. unfortunately most of that code to get that done is kept hidden and in a secret vault by the guys over at LiveJournal. Fortunately, I got something working and it should work normally now. I also added the option for showing or not showing placeholders also which should work as intended.
The only remaining issue which I have not tested if putting those videos in comments. I will try to work on that sometime this week.
Feedback on embedding videos is welcomed...I, (![[info]](http://www.scribbld.net/img/userinfo.gif) jimmy) embedded some Budwiser horses for testing! Seemed to work pretty good too! |

Hey, I realize we've got the pre-set custom friend groups (like School, Local Friends, Work, etc.) but I was wondering if there was a way to create our own custom friend groups as well, because I couldn't find a way to do it and I didn't see anything about it in the FAQ. Is that an option or is it something that you might be able to work on adding to the site? Thanks so much for everything you do :-*

Also, I usually have no problems with my e-mail notifications but I just noticed that I got a few comments a few hours ago and no notifications, but I got notifications for comments after those ones, is anyone else having a problem with that?
Hey, I've also had problems with email notifications when people join moderated groups. No email comes, although adding them via manage members works fine. I assume this is connected with allisonpierce's issue with comments? Thanks!
