If this goes into law, just when I finally got on birth control, I am going to climb over the counter and strangle the first pharmacist to deny me my legally-proscribed medication for cripplingly intense pain, you motherfuckers. Then I am going to HHS and explaining to everyone there in pointed detail just what happens to my body when I am not on birth control, complete with practical demonstrations. With a corkscrew and a hammer. And probably a lot of needles.

Any suggestions, ladies?
(Seriously, write to your Congressional representatives and get this wiped off the books for all eternity. Fuckers.)

There are two commonly held views on the question of when a pregnancy begins. Some consider a pregnancy to begin at conception (that is, the fertilization of the egg by the sperm), while others consider it to begin with implantation (when the embryo implants in the lining of the uterus).

...except i know at least five or ten people who believe life begins when the fetus is viable outside the mother. so THEIR VERY FREAKING PREMISE IS--oh, wait, it says "pregnancy," not life. oops.

So... yeah... we're in hell, aren't we? 'Cause I mean really, no human being with any sort of compassion for the plight of their fellow human being, not to mention understanding of an individual's right to choose for themselves what is best for their own body would attempt to do such a thing, yes?

Which makes this the work of demons.

Which means that we need to gather a mob, with torches and pitchforks, and douse the whole fucking committee with holy water.
